This service delivers single-use promotional coupon codes by text message (SMS) on behalf of participating businesses. It is operated by Insyte Digital ("we", "us"). By requesting a coupon or using a coupon link, you agree to these terms.

The SMS program

When you submit your phone number on a participating business's sign-up page and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages related to that promotion. Message frequency varies by promotion. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opting out stops messages from the specific business whose promotion you joined.

Coupons

Coupon codes are single-use, are not transferable, have no cash value, and expire on the date shown on the coupon page. Once a coupon is redeemed it cannot be used again. Each promotion's specific terms (what the coupon is good for, where it can be used, and any limitations) are set by the participating business and shown alongside the coupon. The participating business, not us, is responsible for honoring the offer.

Acceptable use

You may not use automated means to request coupons, request coupons for phone numbers you do not control, or attempt to circumvent per-person or per-promotion limits. We may reject submissions and void codes obtained in violation of these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, that a promotion will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the coupon at issue.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
