This policy describes how Insyte Digital ("we", "us") handles information collected through this coupon delivery service.

What we collect

When you request a coupon we collect your phone number, along with your IP address and browser information, which we use to prevent abuse. When you exchange text messages with the service we keep a log of those messages, including delivery status, so we can operate the program and honor opt-outs. We do not ask for your name, email, or payment information.

How we use it

Your information is used to deliver the coupon you requested, enforce one-coupon-per-person limits, honor opt-out requests, and comply with SMS carrier and legal requirements. The participating business whose promotion you joined can see the status of its own promotion, including the phone numbers that requested and redeemed coupons.

Who we share it with

Messages are sent through Twilio, our SMS provider, which processes your phone number and message content to deliver texts. We also share promotion data with the participating business as described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required by law. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business's promotion. We keep a record of opted-out numbers so we can honor the request.

Retention

We keep promotion records, message logs, and opt-out lists for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision.
